The Hierophant Card V
Key: Seek guidance outside of yourself
I see a human in a place of power helping their disciples on their quests for truth. S/He is wearing a triple crown symbolizing their mastery over the consciousness, in-consciousness and connection to their super-consciousness. The disciples are one in a cloak of lilies and one of roses kneeling before their superior and asking for the keys of knowledge at the feet of the Hierophant.
When I see the Hierophant card I think about Spiritual leadership. This card is about coming to accept the need to seek spiritual guidance. If you choose this card or are drawn to this picture, it means it is time to seek your inner spirit guides, look to your heart, or ask someone you trust about where you are at in this time. If there is a concrete matter that needs attention, seek out a doctor or lawyer or counsellor or teacher or parent.
Do your best to trust your heart, but be prepared also to seek guidance if a matter needs attention. There has been times though when I have found this card coming up for someone who is a person that people seek out for advice, be it medical, legal or spiritual. For these people I always advise them to accept this honourable place of trust.
When the Hierophant card comes up, look at your life and do your best to be objective as to what situation is the truth of the matter.
